MyGuru is a Question/Answer app designed for the DIY person (User) in need of a specialist in a particular skillset (Guru) for the sake of answer a quick question or possible some professional advice but ideally the issue being that the Guru input is needed immediately.
Ex: I am doing a tune up on my car, start it up and now theres a crazy sound i didnt hear before:
(In this situation at 930pm, a quick chat with a MECHANIC (that in the real world is unavailable) to give some input real quick would really save my ass. I would pay a Pro some money to do a video chat with me real quick to help me sort it out)
This is essentially the foundation of guru. I have expanded on that and there are many other features. But that is a good explination of how MyGuru works and what it does.
*User posts questions with an attached price willing to pay (issues question ticket)
*Guru responds with (counter offer ticket) based on question difficulty, preferences and such
*user approves/denies counter offer
*Interaction takes place via text, call or video call determined by approved ticket. (Both User AND Guru contact info (phone #s and such) is not used. Communication is IN-APP
*Guru is paid (based on agreed origional issued ticket)
*Users issue is resolved with the confidence of knowing a Pro helped them.
*User can "follow Guru " if users preference is that particular Guru for that topic/keyword/catagory
